Bump Buddy Terms of Service

1. Introduction
Welcome to Bump Buddy ("the Bot") and its associated website and web dashboard ("the Website"), owned and operated by JC Integrations (CVR 43145363), a company registered in Denmark. By inviting the Bot to your Discord server, using its features, or logging into our Website, you agree to comply with these Terms of Service.
These terms, alongside our Privacy Policy, govern your relationship with Bump Buddy. If you disagree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the Bot and the Website immediately.
2. Eligibility & Usage
To ensure a safe environment, all users must adhere to the following eligibility requirements:
• Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Bot and Website, consistent with Discord’s own Terms of Service.
• Compliance: Your use of our services must not violate Discord’s Terms of Service or Community Guidelines.
• Prohibited Conduct: Exploiting bugs, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Bot’s software, its API, or our web dashboard is strictly prohibited. Unauthorized attempts to scrape data, bypass dashboard authentication, or reverse-engineer our services will result in an immediate and permanent ban.
3. Data, Content & Dashboard Access
The Bot and Website process data to provide reminder services, server schedules, and dashboard management tools.
• Dashboard Authentication: Access to the web dashboard requires logging in securely via Discord OAuth2. We never see or store your Discord password.
• Retention: Server-specific configuration data is maintained until the Bot leaves the server. Individual user reminders are stored only until the designated reminder has been sent.
• User Responsibility: You are responsible for any custom text provided in reminders or configured via the dashboard. We reserve the right to terminate service for servers using the Bot to facilitate illegal or harmful content.
4. Bump Buddy Premium & Payments
We offer enhanced features through Bump Buddy Premium, manageable via our discord bot. All financial transactions are processed securely via Stripe.
• Refunds: Users may request a refund within 14 days of their purchase. We reserve the right to refuse future purchases if the refund system is abused.
• Disputes: If a payment is disputed or a chargeback is initiated without prior contact with our support team, the associated user account and/or server will be permanently blocked from using Premium features and accessing the dashboard tier.
5. Limitation of Liability
"As-Is" Provision: Bump Buddy and its dashboard are provided "as-is" without any warranties. JC Integrations is not responsible for missed reminders, website downtime, API communication errors with Discord, data loss, or server downtime. We do not guarantee that our services will be error-free or uninterrupted.
6. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and defined under the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of the website and bot shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Denmark.
